On September 20th 1991, the body of a young woman was discovered in a vacant lot along Seaview Avenue in Staten Island, NY.
She was handcuffed. She had been strangled, struck numerous times in the head with a hammer and set afire.
Despite the intense efforts of law enforcement and media coverage of this horrific murder, she remains unidentified. The lack of an identification has led many to believe that she may have previously resided elsewhere in the United States or internationally.
